The Eastern Cheltenham Community Council hosted its annual Halloween Parade Sunday. The parade began at Cheltenham United Methodist Church and marched down to Jefferson Ave. Those in costume were judged on best costumes under several categories including best TV/movie/cartoon, fancy, animal and horror costume.
